  1. I like this salad, but it seemed to be missing something, a certain punch of flavor. It's something I might experiment with a bit because I really did enjoy the salad. Thanks for posting!

  2. This was served at a book club luncheon I was a guest at. The food was discussed more than the reading material! It got rave reviews from everyone! It was light and crisp and the flavor was absoluetly delicious! Don't skip out on the black sesame seeds, they are unique and tasty. It is a different take on an asian salad that I will be making soon! Thanks for a great recipe.

I am an artist and flute player who gets crazy and nuts-o if I don't get some baking/cooking time in my week. I plan parties just so I can cook and I also take food to all of the neighbors--especially families with teenage boys. Because we are recent empty-nesters, we just can't eat it all.
