1. I'd never thought to mix the Thai chili sauce with mayo and this made a nice sauce for Recipe #479278 (as I did not have any yogurt to make the sauce that recipe calls for). I ended up adding some chili flakes to spice it up just a bit but that's the kind of thing that is a personal preference.

 2. Before I saw your recipe, I'd already made this up and love it. I love the Thai Kitchen brand. This is really good on a turkey sandwich with shredded cabbage and cheese on toasted bread....yum!

 3. Yummy!...I served it with our fish...hubby loves his mayo and ketchup...but this time he got the yummy Thai chili mayo...he loved it...I can see using it as a nice dip with cold shrimp...this is a keeper...thanks for sharing it...=)

 4. Totally delish combo.
Made exactly as written, and used it slathered on a wrap with crispy coated chicken and salad - and it was FABULOUS!!
This one definitely stays in the collection - thanks breezermom!!
Made for RookieTag.

 5. What a lovely blast of flavor. I really enjoyed this quick and very easy to make mayonnaise breezermom. Made exactly as written, it is the bomb. Love the bite from the chili sauce and the cilantro. I added it to a simple fried egg sandwich, topped with cheese, it elevated the lowly egg to great heights. I can't wait to try this on scrambled eggs, it is going to rock. Thanks so much for sharing this lovely recipe, that has gone into my favorites cookbook for 2012. Kudos
