I'd never thought to mix the Thai chili sauce with mayo and this made a nice sauce for Recipe #479278 (as I did not have any yogurt to make the sauce that recipe calls for). I ended up adding some chili flakes to spice it up just a bit but that's the kind of thing that is a personal preference.
