- 4 cups mango juice
- 3⁄4 cup coconut rum
- 3⁄4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons superfine sugar
directions
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until sugar is dissolved.
- Refrigerate until well chilled.

Yummy drink! Very sweet and very tropical. I used the sugar as directed this time but will probably leave it out next time as I'm not sure it was needed. Enjoyed this drink - thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for the Comfort Cafe Event, July 2009
