ingredients
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 -6 pork steaks or 4 -6 pork chops
directions
- Mix all marinade ingredients together.
- Pour over pork chops or pork steaks.
- Marinade for 4-24 hours.
- Broil or grill as usual.

This was only okay. The soy sauce flavor was way to strong. I would highly recommend using reduced salt soy sauce as my pork came out way to salty (I don't like to use a lot of salt). I cooked my pork in the oven cover with foil and that could have added to the strong soy sauce taste. <br/><br/>If I were to try this again I would probably grill but I don't think that I am going to try this again.
