  • Heat oil in wok and stir fry rice noodles until soft. Transfer to colander and cool.
  • Combine all other ingredients and toss through noodles.
  • Sprinkle with chopped nuts just before serving.
  • For Vegetarian/Vegan omit the fish sauce.
