  1. The flavor was outstanding! It was quite saucy though. The next time I make it, I would cook the veggies separately and thicken the sauce. Also, I would love the pork more crispy. I'll definitely make this again with those adjustments!

  2. I doubled the recipe and added 3 tablespoons of fresh chopped Thai basil for the very last step and cooked for about 1 minute longer. Absolutely delicious!!

  3. I thought this was good, SO thought there was too much pepper. I will admit that the black pepper was a very strong flavor, but I happen to really like black pepper. If I make this again, I would cut the black pepper in half to appease SO.

  4. Wow! There's a party in my mouth! I subbed sriracha sauce for the fresh chilies (allergies) but otherwise made per recipe. Thanks so much for sharing - this was delicious!

  5. Totally fabulous! I used a bit more pork loin and fish sauce. The peppercorn flavor put it over the top. I wasn't sure about the chili peppers, I used two small red hot peppers and minced them. The heat was perfect. Thank you for this recipe, a definite keeper.
