  • Mix all dry ingredients well.
  • Store in an airtight container.
  • To use:

  • Mix 1/4 cup of dry mix, 1/4 cup of soy sauce and 1 cup water.
  • Soak at least 2 hours.

  1. This is a bit different for me, but very enjoyable, nonetheless. I only mixed up half of the batch, as there are only 3 of us, but I can definitely see making this for Christmas gifts. You could package into small cellophane bags (say 2 'marinades' worth) and including a little tag with instructions. I marinated a couple of chicken breasts for a couple of hours, as suggested, and the flavor really permeates the chicken. Thanks so much for sharing, tcourto.
