Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Dissolve yeast in water. Add salt & sugar. Let yeast foam for a few moments. Blend in flour and knead only until smooth. Divide into small balls and roll into bread sticks. Brush with egg and sprinkle salt/sugar on.
  3. Bake 12 - 15 minutes at 425°F.
  4. serve immediately.
