The 100 Calorie Blended Vanilla Frappuccino

- 6 tablespoons cold water
- 6 tablespoons milk (any kind)
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules (Real coffee can be used. Modifications will be listed below.)
- 1 teaspoon of 0 calorie sugar substitute (1 teaspoon real sugar can be used in place of the 0 calorie sweetener, but it will result in a sligh)
- 1⁄2 - 3⁄4 cup ice
- 3 -4 teaspoons coffee creamer (optional)

- Blend water, milk, and instant coffee thouroughly until combined. (Note: if using real coffee, brew 1/4 cup and 2 tbs. of extra strong coffee and let chill. Then blend with milk until combined.).
- Add sugar, ice, and coffee creamer, if using. Blend on medium high until ice is gone.
- Pour in a tall glass and enjoy!
