The Best Bran Muffins in the Whole World

"These are the best bran muffins I have ever tasted. I am not fond of mollasses in mine, so these are perfect, moist and deliscious. They have always turned out for me. They are easy to make and they freeze nicely. I would recommend these for anyone to try. A little tip too...one small box of all bran cereal will make exactly 3 batches of these muffins."

  • Pour boiling water over bran, raisins and oil and let cool down.
  • Add eggs and sugar.
  • Mix baking soda and salt into flour and add to other mixture.
  • Spoon into greased muffin tins (3/4 full). Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
