“These are the best bran muffins I have ever tasted. I am not fond of mollasses in mine, so these are perfect, moist and deliscious. They have always turned out for me. They are easy to make and they freeze nicely. I would recommend these for anyone to try. A little tip too...one small box of all bran cereal will make exactly 3 batches of these muffins.”

Directions

  1. Pour boiling water over bran, raisins and oil and let cool down.
  2. Add eggs and sugar.
  3. Mix baking soda and salt into flour and add to other mixture.
  4. Spoon into greased muffin tins (3/4 full). Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
