  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir together.
  3. Add melted margarine and stir together.
  4. Pat mix into bottom of the pan (it will only cover the bottom, there will be no side crust). Set to the side.
  5. With mixer on medium, blend together cream cheese and sugar.
  6. Add vanilla.
  7. Beat in eggs 1 at a time.
  8. Pour mixture into pan and bake at 350 for 45mins.
  9. Topping:.
  10. With mixer blend sour cream, sugar, and vanilla on medium until smooth.
  11. Once the cake is done baking, remove from oven and pour on the topping mix. Bake for an additional 5mins at 425.
  12. Let cool for 20mins then refrigerate overnight.
