  1. I don't have a sweet tooth, especially for chocolate, but after the birth of my third kid five years ago, I was served the most moist, delicious brownie while in the hospital. I spent a lot of time trying to find a replicate (I do know the hospital used all organic super healthy whatever, which I don't have time to figure out). This recipe I have been using for at least four years, and I and everyone I have passed it on to loves it. Less than five minutes to mix, and only one pan used. My kids love the uncooked batter as much as they love the cooked product. Thank you, Tracy!

  2. After trying out a few dozen recipes, this is my favorite and the best. I use this recipe as a base and tweak it up by adding toppings.

  3. Loved it. Made it in a round 9 inch baking pan. Used double the amount of chocolate chips. Also make sure to let the butter cool down before adding the egg if not you'll have scrambled eggs. I also whisked the eggs just a little before adding. Hope you guys enjoy as much as we did. Will definitely make this again. Follow all instructions.

  4. I doubled this recipe and baked it in a 9x13 buttered metal pan for 27 min. There a lot of questions on the size of the pan to bake in... I'm guessing the recipe is intended for a square 8x8 or 9x9 pan (before I doubled the recipe it barely reached the edges of my 9x13 pan). I slightly whisked the eggs before adding. These brownies are delicious. They get rave reviews when I bring them to parties. CUTTING TIP: If you cut your brownies with a plastic knife (disposal that comes in a to go package will do) the brownies won't stick to the knife.

  5. So I made this in a conventional oven. I followed all the steps and just put it in for a smaller amount of time. They turned out delicious and I checked them early so they didn't over bake. I recommend this!!
