ingredients
- 236.59 ml flour, plus
- 44.37 ml flour
- 1 egg
- 236.59 ml buttermilk
- 59.14 ml sugar
- 4.92 ml baking powder
- 4.92 ml baking soda
- 59.14 ml vegetable oil
directions
- Just toss it all in the blender or magic bullet and blend until smooth.
- Cook on hot griddle.
- Serve with maple syrup.
- Eat. Yum!
- I substitute 3/4 c fat free half and half plus 1/4 c water for the 1 c buttermilk.

I have just finished throwing out all of my other Pancake recipes. This is Fabulous!!! DH likes very light Pancakes, and I like meaty ones, and this recipe accommedates both of our desires for a great Pancake. Thank You for posting such a wonderful recipe that is a Definite Keeper!
