  • 2 sheets refrigerated pie pastry
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartlidge removed
  • 2 (4 1/4 ounce) cans baby shrimp, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons chopped onions
  • 12 teaspoon seafood seasoning
  • 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out pastryto 1/8 inch thickness.
  • Cut out four 7 inch circles (discard the scrap).
  • Press pastry circles onto the bottom and up the sides of 4 ungreased 10 ounce custard cups.
  • Place on a baking sheet, and bake at 425 degrees for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Reduce heat to 375 degrees.
  • Combine the crab, shrimp,celery, mayonnaise, green pepper, lemon juice, onion, and seafood seasonings.
  • Spoon into hot shells, and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.

I started to learn to cook, after I got married, when my wife started working nights, and I couldn't get around because I had my entire left leg rebuilt. I just completed remodeling my entire house, and am very active at volunteering at my childrens schools.<br />Rating System <br />5 stars- Outstanding (4 out 4 ) in family enjoyed. <br />4 stars - Very good (3 out of 4) in family enjoyed. Will make no adjustments. <br />3 stars - good, might consider an adjustment <br />2 stars- Okay- will make adjustment <br />1 star- debatable I will make again, would with right adjustment <br />0 stars - Will not attempt again.</p>
