- 2 large marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 slices bread (your favorite kind)
- butter
- 1 teaspoon marshmallow cream (optional)
directions
- Spread the peanut butter on one slice of bread.
- If you are using fluff, spread a very thin layer on the other slice.
- Place the marshmallows on one slice and squish them together.
- Spread the butter on the outsides of both slices and "grill" in a pan over medium heat (flipping halfway through) until the bread is toasted golden brown on both sides and the marshmallows are melted. They may be slightly solid still, but it's good anyway.

My name is Brittany, and I thought it was very ironic when I read this recipe. I make "peanut butter fluffernutters" myself, but I do use bananas! I usually use the mini marshmallows, because I never seem to have the fluff on hand. I thought this was awesome, that someone else did this also! These are great! I love the messiness of this sandwich too. Oh and try it with Cinnamon swirl bread! Awesome!
