  • • Chop kale, broccoli, cauliflower and green onion.
  • • Grate carrot.
  • • Thinly slice celery, radish and purple cabbage, and break up cabbage slices.
  • • Throw ingredients into 1 or 2 serving bowls (recipe serves 2, after a fast anyway).
  • • Top with cubed avocado and hemp seeds.
  • • Dress with apple cider vinegar.
