Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine flour, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, & parsley. Set aside.
  2. In another large bowl combine milk, cream, & lemon juice.
  3. Drop onions into wet mixture and transfer to dry mixture and press them into the mixture. Repeat.
  4. Drop coated rings into the heated oil and fry until done.
