  • 2 ounces plum brandy (Slivovitz)
  • 2 ounces apple juice
  • 12 ounce lemon juice
  • 12 ounce cherry flavored liqueur (Heering)
  • 12 ounce egg white
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • ice

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker two-thirds full of ice and add all of the ingredients.
  2. Shake very hard for 30 seconds and strain into a small wineglass.
