  1. This was very good and went well with a nice piece of grilled salmon. I used a clove of crushed garlic instead of the garlic juice. I made the full amount, which was more than enough for 2 servings; I would say it makes 4 generous servings.

  2. Heidi, we loved this sauce. I used olive oil instead of butter (to cut the cholesterol) and 1 tsp garlic powder instead of juice. We baked it in the oven at 350° F after pouring the sauce over it. Even my 3 yo scarfed it up! Now I have 2 fav. ways of making salmon. Thanks for another great recipe!

  3. I really liked this sauce over my salmon. I prepared 1/2 of the recipe just for myself because DH does not like salmon or really any fish, however I think he would like this sauce over chicken. Just enough sweetness from the ketchup and just enough tang from the mustard, worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Of course you cannot go wrong with anything garlic! LOL! I served this over salmon that I cooked in my grill pan and it was very enjoyable. Love the ease of preparation and use of ingredients that you probably have on hand in your kitchen already. Thanks HeidiSue!
