Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 boxes raga muffin banana muffin
  • 1 egg
  • 34 cup milk
  • 12 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Blend together in large bowl the egg and milk.
  2. Add the two packages of muffin mix and chopped nuts.
  3. Stir until just moistened.
  4. Batter may be lumpy.
  5. Pour into greased 9"x5" loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes (or until tests done) in 350 preheated oven.
  7. Cool 10 minutes.
  8. Turn onto rack.
  9. **Can use the Carrot Flavor instead for Carrot Bread**.
