I am doing a pantry challenge, trying to use up what I have before I go and do a major food shopping to restock. (That way I don't miss things!) Instead of a can of sweetened condensed milk I used a can of Nestle's Dulce De Leche. That lended a caramelly flavor to these cookies. I also used homemade bisquick which has no fat in it, so I added a little milk so that it would bind better. Since I made so many changes I'm not rating, but it sure was a good use of my extra ingredients. Thanks!
