directions

  • Place all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag, mix until all is combined and it pulls away from the bag. Cover a cookie sheet with non-stick foil. Cut a 1 inch hole in the corner of the bag. Squeeze out onto foil 1 inch at a time, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for about 7 minute.
  • If you choose a German Chocolate cake mix, they are great iced with coconut pecan icing. Carrot Cake mix is great with cream cheese icing. You can also add in chocolate chips, nuts and/or candy pieces. If you don't want to cook the whole batch, chip clip the corner and only bake the cookies you need. The rest of the dough will keep up to a week in the fridge! Enjoy!
