ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
directions
- preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- combine all dry ingredients.
- add wet ingredients, stir until well combined.
- pour into 2 greased cake pans.
- bake in oven until set, when wooden rod or toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
