Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 sliced banana, frozen
  • 2 -3 tablespoons creamy natural-style peanut butter
  • 12 cup 2% low-fat milk (to your desired thickness)
  • 14-13 cup sugar-free non-fat vanilla yogurt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend until very smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. For a vegan smoothie, make with soy milk and soy yogurt.
