  • Mix flour with salt and pepper.
  • Dip each pork chop in water.
  • Dredge with flour until covered.
  • Place in skillet of preheated oil, and cook on medium heat until golden brown, pour all oil from skillet, except 1/4 C.
  • Place pork chops back in skillet with onions.
  • Add water and simmer until gravy is thick.
