The Kiss

"I got this recipe from The Complete Bartender. You can substitute raspberry liqueur (Chambord) or Strawberry liqueur (framboise) for a different twist. Personally I think the Framboise would be amazing!!!"

Reviews

  1. I used the Chambord option. As others experienced, I found this to need much more of the chocolate and berry flavors...the vodka and cream were the main standout flavors, which we did not enjoy as much as expected.

  2. It was okay. I couldn't taste any of the Godiva so I ended up putting some chocolate syrup in finally. Interesting since the other review wanted more cherry flavor so maybe it was just me. I used 1.75 ounces of cherry vodka instead of the plain vodka and cherry liqueur.

  3. I enjoyed this drink, but I think that I'd enjoy it more with a larger portion of strawberry (or cherry or whatever) liqueur for better balance. Will do that next time I make it.
