"the Loaf"

- 3 (2 ounce) packages Buddig beef (found in lunch meat isle)
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 2 cups of shredded swiss cheese
- 1⁄2 bunch scallion
- 2 loaves Italian bread (large)
directions
- Cut out the center of one loaf of bread (use shell as bread bowl and tear up the rest for dipping as well as the other loaf).
- chop buddig beef into small pieces.
- chop 1/4 of the scallions (only green part) into small pieces.
- Mix all ingredients together (except bread obviously).
- I don't use all the scallions. I put 1/4 into the mix and then put a little bit more on top for color.
- put mixture into bread bowl and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or until bread starts to brown.
- Enjoy.
