  • Cut out the center of one loaf of bread (use shell as bread bowl and tear up the rest for dipping as well as the other loaf).
  • chop buddig beef into small pieces.
  • chop 1/4 of the scallions (only green part) into small pieces.
  • Mix all ingredients together (except bread obviously).
  • I don't use all the scallions. I put 1/4 into the mix and then put a little bit more on top for color.
  • put mixture into bread bowl and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or until bread starts to brown.
  • Enjoy.
