Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients with the exception of the beef.
  2. Add beef to mixture and mix until well balanced. Do not over work the mixture!
  3. Form into patties ¾”- 1” thick. If you are serving on a 5” bun, start the burgers at a 5”diameter.
  4. Grill to desired preference. This is a delicate burger and once on the grill should be turned only once.
  5. Serving condiments should include: Mayonnaise, Green Leaf Lettuce, Tomato, Onion (Red or White), Dill Pickle Slices, **Avocado – Optional – adds a California Flair – Some like it some do not.
