- 5 tomatoes
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 200 g feta cheese
- olive
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- oregano
directions
- Start by chopping up the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion and pepper.
- Throw in a large bowl, adding as many olives
- as you want.
- Slice the feta cheese and mix that in too.
- The dressing is the olive oil mixed with oregano and salt.
