Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 8 inches loaf pan.
  3. Process the tofu until its mushy. Add the onion, garlic, process until even more mushy.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredient and process until kinda smooth.
  5. Put in the loaf pan, glaze with ketchup.
  6. Bake for one hour.
  7. Before slicing, let rest for at least 10 minutes.
  8. Serve!
