ingredients

2 ¹⁄₂ ounces gosling's black seal rum
2 teaspoons lemon sorbet
1 ounce simple syrup
3 basil leaves
2 slices orange peel

directions

Combine the Gosling's Black Seal Rum, simple syrup and sorbet in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake until all of the ingredients are mixed thoroughly and strain into a martini glass.
Flame orange peels for essence and drop inches.
