  • Brown meat, and add in the mushrooms and onions and cook until tender, 6 to 7 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, heat a small saucepan over medium heat and melt butter, whisk in the flour.
  • Cook 2 minutes then whisk in the beef stock, add Worcestershire and season with salt and pepper. Thicken 6 to 7 minutes.
  • Turn on broiler.
  • Pour gravy over the meat sauce.
  • Boil cauliflower until it becomes soft.
  • Mash while mixing in the sour cream and egg yolk then fold in the bleu cheese.
  • In an oven pan, layer the meat and mashed cauliflower.
  • Sprinkle paprika lightly over the top.
  • Broil until top is slightly browned.
