  1. Brown meat, and add in the mushrooms and onions and cook until tender, 6 to 7 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a small saucepan over medium heat and melt butter, whisk in the flour.
  3. Cook 2 minutes then whisk in the beef stock, add Worcestershire and season with salt and pepper. Thicken 6 to 7 minutes.
  4. Turn on broiler.
  5. Pour gravy over the meat sauce.
  6. Boil cauliflower until it becomes soft.
  7. Mash while mixing in the sour cream and egg yolk then fold in the bleu cheese.
  8. In an oven pan, layer the meat and mashed cauliflower.
  9. Sprinkle paprika lightly over the top.
  10. Broil until top is slightly browned.
