The Sour Kiwifruits Sauce

"This is so useful sweet and sour Kiwifruits sauce.Please try to make a Kiwifruits Pie or to eat with dessert like an ice cream! If you get "Mikan(Japanese Orange)",using it instead of Orange(In that case,it's 2 Mikan)."

  • Pare Kiwi fruits and Cut. Cut Mikan(Orange) in half and Squeeze.
  • Kiwifruits, Orange, White wine and Granulated sugar simmer in saucepan over high heat.
  • Then, Remove the harshness and stew about 30 minutes on Low to Medium heat.
  • Put them in the blender and food processor (mixing).
  • Add to butter and stew on Low heat until sauce thickens again.
