  1. Pare Kiwi fruits and Cut. Cut Mikan(Orange) in half and Squeeze.
  2. Kiwifruits, Orange, White wine and Granulated sugar simmer in saucepan over high heat.
  3. Then, Remove the harshness and stew about 30 minutes on Low to Medium heat.
  4. Put them in the blender and food processor (mixing).
  5. Add to butter and stew on Low heat until sauce thickens again.
