The (Vanishing) Cranberry Relish II

ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1⁄2 orange, zest of
- 1 cup water
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄2 cup dried cherries (optional)
- 1 cinnamon sticks or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 - 1 cup chopped pecans
directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except pecans.
- and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thick, about 20 minutes.
- Stir in pecans. Place in a container and let cool to room temperature.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Enjoy !
