- 1 boneless skinless salmon fillet
- 4 sheets puff pastry
- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 10 ounces spinach, chopped (fresh or frozen)
- 5 ounces mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg (Muskatnuss)
- 1 egg
- salt, pepper
directions
- Roll out pastry dough.
- Saute mushrooms with a little oil.
- Blend spinach, ricotta, salt, pepper, nutmeg and cooled mushrooms.
- Put salmon on half of the pastry, and spread with ricotta mixture. Cover with second half of pastry.
- Prick surface and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake 35-40 min in 375 F oven.
