Thin Chocolate Cookies

"In my long time search for a cookie I once had at a social gathering, I came across this and it is fairly close to the one I have been searching for all these years. I found it on the Rodelle website where they sell some of the ingredients called for. I just used what I had on hand and the cookies were wonderful."
