- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed, drained, and chopped
- 1⁄2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
directions
- Stir together all ingredients in a bowl and chill,until ready to serve.

This is a GREAT tartar sauce. There's a lot going on there, but it's all good. The only change I made was to decrease the hot sauce. I used fresh dill and tarragon, which added even more flavor.
