  1. This was excellent! Made it 24 hours in advance (and it is definitely better on day 2) and used it in recipe #34510. Thanks for sharing!!!

  2. This is an exceptional dressing. It is flavorful and has a nice texture. We make it pretty regularly. I prefer to have a little salty flavor to mine so I also add 6 finely chopped, stuffed salad olives. I have begun to make this with my stick blender. It makes this (or any other dressing) a snap! Just make large dices of green pepper and onions, throw in the whole olives and add everything but the relish and egg then process with the stick blender. Once it is all combined and you have worked through the chunks of veggie, stir in the relish and finely chopped egg. The texture isn't quite as chunky if you do this, but it is still very pleasant. That was the method that I used for the photos I took. Also, I omit the egg because I am too lazy to boil an egg just for making the dressing. :)

  3. Excellent--I used this as a sauce to dress warm green beans, and used what was left over on burgers. Yet another great salad dressing from Dancer*, the queen of dressings!
