Three Bean Salad With Gouda

"Found this in the newspaper and made it that evening. Very simple and very good! I didn't have fresh green beans so i used canned and rinsed them well. Tasted wonderful!"

  • In a large bowl, whisk together agave nectar (or honey), mustard, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
  • Add black beans, green beans, kidney beans, tomato, Gouda cheese. and onions and toss.
  • Refrigerate and allow flavors to blend for at least 30 minutes and up to 1 day.
  • Taste just before serving.
  • Add salt, pepper or vinegar a little at a time if the flavor needs perking up.
