  1. For the Cupcakes:
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl; flour, baking powder, salt.
  4. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients together until well-incorporated; butter, sugar, egg and orange extract.
  5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, then add condensed milk, cheddar cheese mixing until incorporated.
  6. Using a scoop, fill lined muffin tins half-way. Then place a cube of Velveeta cheese into each muffin. Cover with batter, so the muffin tins are 3/4 of the way full.
  7. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top of each muffin.
  8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool before frosting.
  10. For the Frosting:
  11. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, honey and hot sauce with a hand mixer until smooth.
  12. Pipe onto cupcakes using a pastry bag and tip; garnish with chives.
