  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Mix together the cheeses, basil, parsley, rosemary, panko and egg and set aside.
  • Butterfly the shrimp, leaving the shell on.
  • Spread the cheese mixture approximately ¼ inch thick over the top of each shrimp.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes.

  1. So good! I did a few tweaks, but it came out so good! I used Italian breadcrumbs and a combo of mozzarella, provolone and Parmesan on mine. They came out great! My girlfriend loved them just as much as me, if not more!
     
  2. Prepared just as described- good flavor, and definitely quick and easy. Cooking time is right on. Served these as a main course but I personally feel they would be nicer as appetizer or first course of a meal. Thanks for posting, Roosie!
     
  3. It worked for us Roosie! Very good, quick and easy. I used 1 lb. of very large shrimp, which turned out to be 15. I made the recipe as is and we loved it...served two for us.
