  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips.
  3. With an electric mixer, blend on low speed. Beat at medium speed for one minute. Scrape bowl and beat one minute longer.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
  6. Bake 55-60 minutes.
  7. Turn out of pan and cool.
