  • Combine Bisquick, cornmeal, flour, oatmeal, sugar and cinnamon.
  • In a separate bowl, mix milk, oil and egg.
  • Add to dry mixture.
  • Add apples and raisins; stir just until blended.
  • Pour into muffin pans.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
