Ingredients Nutrition

  • 26 ounces chicken stock (low salt if available)
  • 12 cup boneless skinless chicken, sliced thin
  • 12 cup honey-roasted ham, sliced thin
  • 12 cup fresh uncooked shrimp (shelled and deveined)

Directions

  1. In a medium size pot, bring soup stock to a rolling boil.
  2. Add chicken, ham, and shrimp.
  3. Bring back to a boil; then simmer for 1 minute.
  4. Do not overboil.
