Throw-Together Crockpot Pork Roast

"Of course it was the name which attracted me to this recipe. That, plus the fact that I had a nice pork butt in the refrigerator. I want to tell you this recipe turned out divinely. I had it for a dinner with mashed potatoes (could also use noodles) to sop up the gravy. I also shredded some of the pork for a lovely warm pork sandwich. This recipe was posted on TOH by Qagal. Besides pork butt you can use pork shoulder in this recipe. Do not use pork loin however; it is too lean and the flavor is just not the same."

  1. This has got to be one of the easiest recipes I've tried. Only suggestion I'd make is to only use two packets of gravy because it was just too salty, but other than that, this will be on a regular winter rotation. Tasted great over baked potatos.
