  • Combine sugar and vanilla.
  • Add egg whites and applesauce.
  • Mix in flours, spices, baking soda and GROUND flaxseed.
  • Stir in oatmeal, raisins, and whole flaxseeds.
  • Drop on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper for easy removal. Flatten cookies with a fork.
  • Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
