  1. We made this in a 2 qt pot using ground beef and it was done in no time. There are great flavors here, but we felt it would be best served as 'nachos supreme' or as a burrito with flour tortillas as it was more like a chili than taco filling. We couldn't quite grasp the concept of corn flakes, so to a small bowlful I tried that and they turned soggy very quickly. Since the pack of corn taco shells had some broken ones, I used that with much better results (Buddha suggested Frito Lay corn chips would be good too). Important: This makes way more than 6 tacos. more like a dozen or more. We topped our tacos with sour cream and then used the rest of everything for nachos supreme. Great recipe, just needed some tweaking. Made for PRMR.

  2. Beef and refried beans together make a good match. We enjoyed this for an easy on the run kind of dinner where we all eat at different times. Made for PRMR.
