We made this in a 2 qt pot using ground beef and it was done in no time. There are great flavors here, but we felt it would be best served as 'nachos supreme' or as a burrito with flour tortillas as it was more like a chili than taco filling. We couldn't quite grasp the concept of corn flakes, so to a small bowlful I tried that and they turned soggy very quickly. Since the pack of corn taco shells had some broken ones, I used that with much better results (Buddha suggested Frito Lay corn chips would be good too). Important: This makes way more than 6 tacos. more like a dozen or more. We topped our tacos with sour cream and then used the rest of everything for nachos supreme. Great recipe, just needed some tweaking. Made for PRMR.
