Tickle-The-Tongue Grilled Steak

"I love marinades and this is one of my favorites. We're talking tender, juicy and flavorful. I have only used flank steak for this one but I suppose any other good steak could be used."

  • Combine all ingredients except flank steak (a gallon-sized freezer storage bag works perfect). Mix well. Add whole flank steak and refrigerate, turning often, for at least two hours. The longer the better.
  • Grill on high (gas grill) 4 minutes each side for medium-rare. Be careful to not overcook as it will toughen the meat.

  1. this was fantastic! I got a really cheap cut of sirloin that I thought would be bit tough but this marinade for 24hrs and it as soft and juicy!! YUM! I used the marinade to make a sauce for noodles, delicious!
