  • 12 lb tilapia fillet
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat Italian salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Emeril's Original Essence
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, mix
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions

  1. 1.Marinate tilapia fillets with all ingredients (including brown sugar sprinkled on top).
  2. 2.Bake or grill (or cook in foil) in oven at 350°F, 7 minutes each side.
  3. 3.Sprinkle with a bit more fresh chopped parsley and dill.
  4. 4.Serve immediately.
