- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning on both sides of Tilapia. More or less seasoning depending on how spicy you pefer it.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. When fish flakes it's done.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
- Note: To reheat this, broil for 8 minutes and it's perfect.

I make my Tilapia like this all the time! I was surprised to see someone else posted the recipe. ;o) We love our fish seasoned this way. I felt I should review your recipe since I make mine the same way. I also make my own homemade tartar sauce to go with it. I should post that recipe I guess. Happy Cooking!
